Simple Garlic and Butter Chicken Breast

I found this a little plain. We added some salt and pepper before baking. This was good with BBQ sauce, and would be a very good recipe to use to make 'leftover' chicken, when you need cooked chicken for another recipe, but on it's own, it's a little too plain for me. Made for PAC Fall 2008.


  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Cut chicken breast in half lengthwise.
  3. Place on ungreased pan.
  4. Sprinkle with Molly Mcbutter. (Not to much or it will leave a powdery layer).
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minute.
