I really liked this recipe. Unlike a couple other reviewers, I had no problem with the texture; they were certainly not crumbly for me. I found the texture quite satisfying - smooth and soft. Another reviewer mentioned they were overpowered by the chocolate taste. I didn't feel the same way (in fact, I added a little extra chocolate and loved it). So I'm guessing that particular critique was simply a matter subjectivity (and one that is super easy to correct for in a second batch).<br/><br/>Instead of a standard square or rectangular baking dish/pan, I baked them in cupcake pan and they turned out great.<br/><br/>Also appealing was the simplicity of the recipe - I was able to knock out a batch over my lunch break while working from home one day.

Directions

  1. Cream first 3 ingredients with a mixer.
  2. Blend in cocoa, flour and eggs.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Frost with your favorite icing or mix icing sugar, butter and cocoa.
  5. Cut into 15-20 small squares (its pretty rich!).
