A very tasty and simple fried rice which was enjoyed with some stir-fried chicken last night. I especially appreciate the fact it's not got too much soy sauce. It's a mild flavor but one which would go with just about any Asian dish you could imagine. Thanks for posting! Made for the Zesties on ZWT 6. (-:
This is a lovely recipe- quick, easy and tasty. I loved the flavour of the green onions. Definitely a keeper! Made for ZWT6.
So simple, yet so tasty. I didn't add ginger or garlic,as I usually do with my fried rice and it was still a nice dish. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT6.
This is a terrific recipe! I love fried rice, and this is no exception. Followed the recipe including the directions for Minute Rice. Only change was to sub carrots and celery for the green pepper. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT5 Groovy GastroGnomes.
Very good!! However, I did use peas instead of the green pepper (personal taste). Also added a few leftover mushrooms as well. Thanks for sharing!!
So easy!!! We had fried rice in no time. In addition to the green onion and green pepper, I added a clove of chopped garlic. The sesame oil and soy sauce blananced the vegetables perfectly. I did cut back by one egg, as the eggs from the local farm are huge, and substuted brown instant rice for the white rice. Made for ZWT5, but this one is a keeper!!!
Very simple and easy to make! I let my 13 yr old niece help me make this. Instead of green pepper we used 1/2 cup peas and carrots. Also used low-sodium soy sauce. Thanks for sharing Sarah, I will make this again! Goes great with teriyaki chicken:) Made for potluck tag.
Good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I used brown rice instead of white. Made for Fall PAC 2008.
Simple to make and versatile. I doubled the onions and added garlic for more flavor. I used the suggested sesame oil, and I agree, that's the best choice of oil. I tossed in some broccoli to make an all-in-one side dish for Grilled Chinese Pork Chops . I would use red bell pepper next time for some extra color. Thanx for sharing!
