This is a basic traditional Malay method for deep fry - chicken or fish.

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
  2. Season the chicken with tumeric powder and salt.
  3. Deep fry the chicken meat till cooked. Set aside.
  4. Eleminate the oil from the pan till about three tablespoons left.
  5. Fry sliced ingredients to half crispy.
  6. Sprinkle on fried chicken.
  7. Serve.
