Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food proceesor until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides.
  3. Bake in a preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden brown.

I made half the recipe and got 4 waffles. This makes very thick and dense waffles. I would like them with maybe more liquid added to have a better dough. And probably would add cinnamon, vanilla to give a little bit of taste. Thanks weekend cooker :) Made for Alphabet chef tag game
