A healthy simple breakfast.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • organic Pam cooking spray (2 sprays)


  1. Cook egg whites in organic pam an set aside.
  2. Put cheese in whole grain bread and cook on stove.
  3. Enjoy.

This made a nice light lunch. I assume the eggs went on the toast, but directions don't say. :) I also toasted my bread in the toaster and then put cheese on it. I used 2 slices of low-fat American cheese, one for each slice of toast. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.
