  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • organic Pam cooking spray (2 sprays)

  • Cook egg whites in organic pam an set aside.
  • Put cheese in whole grain bread and cook on stove.
  • Enjoy.

  1. This made a nice light lunch. I assume the eggs went on the toast, but directions don't say. :) I also toasted my bread in the toaster and then put cheese on it. I used 2 slices of low-fat American cheese, one for each slice of toast. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.
