This is an easy recipe. You can either cook a pot roast 3 hours or buy a pound of cooked beef at your deli. It will outdo any beef chimichanga or green chili burro you ever eaten. Enjoy.
- 2 cups cooked beef (diced or shredded)
- 1 (10 ounce) can beef gravy
- 1 (8 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 dozen flour tortilla
- Mix beef, chilies, and gravy; heat over low.
- Put about 3 tablespoons mix in warm tortilla. Enjoy!
