A very simple and tasty quick throw together recipe that is delicious. I serve it over rice, with a nice spinach salad on the side, add a dinner roll and you have a quick elegant dinner. Great for when company's coming.

I am a big curry fan, and this is probably my least favorite of any curry I've ever had. It wasn't bad, but I really didn't care for the Miracle Whip in it. It was too tangy. I did up the curry to 1/2 tablespoon and added 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and 1 tablespoon of dried onion, I think I would have probably given it two stars without the changes I made. The more I ate it, the more I could taste the Miracle Whip and by the time I was done it felt like I was just eating spicy Miracle Whip with chunks of chicken in it. One of the other reviews used sour cream, I think that would have been better, or even plain yogurt.
- 4 -5 chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2⁄3 cup Miracle Whip
- 3⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
