      This was so simple, creamy, and delicious. It went great with BBQ pulled pork. Made to go with a 1 lb of slaw mix, though I ended up doubling the recipe to get the slaw to dressing ratio that I prefer. I made two alterations as I was out of the ingredients. I used white vinegar instead off apple cider vinegar and dried chopped onion Instead of onion powder. Made the dressing early in the morning (set for about 10 hours) and about 10 minutes before dinner I mixed the dressing and slaw mix together. Will definitely use this recipe again. Even my DD who is not a big cole slaw fan had seconds.
