A simple recipe for mousse we got from a friend. We usually make it without any dairy so it can be served after meat at kosher meals.


  1. Melt chocolate.
  2. Separate eggs.
  3. Whip whites very well.
  4. Whip cream very well.
  5. Add yolks to chocolate and mix well.
  6. Add whipped whites and cream. Mix well and refrigerate.
