A simple recipe for mousse we got from a friend. We usually make it without any dairy so it can be served after meat at kosher meals.
- 6 eggs
- 6 ounces cream or 6 ounces non-dairy whipping cream
- 16 ounces bitter chocolate
- Melt chocolate.
- Separate eggs.
- Whip whites very well.
- Whip cream very well.
- Add yolks to chocolate and mix well.
- Add whipped whites and cream. Mix well and refrigerate.
