Simple Chicken Chili

"This recipe can be made with Ground Chicken, Turkey, or Lean Ground Beef. I love making a big pot of this and having it for lunch throughout the week."

  • Over medium heat spray a frying pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Saute Onion until brown and add Ground Meat to the pan - Add Salt and Pepper.
  • Brown the meat and when cooked thoroughly.
  • Transfer the meat to a pot with the rest of the ingredients and Stir.
  • Cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes.
