Simple Caramel Coffee Cake

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 ounce) box Duncan Hines caramel cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Cook pudding as directed, take off stove and add dry cake mix.
  2. Pour in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with chips and nuts.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  4. Add cool whip if desired.
