Simple Brandy Cream

"Found this among my recipes torn from newspapers and thought I'd share with those of you (like me) that can't buy brandy flavoured cream all year. I have only seen it in the stores close to Christmas!!"

• Ingredients: 3
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 236.59 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
• 29.58-44.37 ml icing sugar
• 44.37 ml brandy

directions

1. Whip cream & icing sugar together until soft peaks form.
2. Then quickly fold in the brandy.
3. Serve with dessert of your choice.

totally fab, I doubled the ingredients and have far too much now! I hand whipped it, didn't take long.

A quick and simple recipe for Brandy Cream. I added a little more brandy as I like mine to be a bit stronger. It's also great if you replace the brandy with Gran Manier or Contreau. Thanks for sharing.
