Pretty good. I made a lot of substitutions. Mainly, I used some of my dehydrated potatoes for the pasta and added a little water, soaking them with the rest of the casserole overnight. This is a keeper because it is accommodating, tasty, affordable, and with a little tweaking gluten free.

This recipe had a very good taste. The oregano and thyme made it very tasty, However, I didn't use the rosemary since neither of us cares for it. I halved the recipe and still have plenty of leftovers. (There are only 2 of us.) Next time I will cut back a bit on the amount of pasta, it seemed a little dry. I did use mozzarella cheese which seemed more appropriate. This recipe is a definate improvement to other pasta casserole type dishes I have made. with some modifictions, will definately make it again.
