  1. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in apples and raisins.
  3. Pour mixture into bottom crust and dot with margarine.
  4. cut top crust into 1" strips, using a pastry wheel.
  5. Criss cross strips over top of apples.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
