A very simple and tasty asparagus recipe!
- Add the lemon juice, butter, and salt to a pot of water and bring to a simmer.

Living in Germany we can only find white asparagus, and it's fresh from the farm fields around here. I really enjoyed this... served with hollandaise sauce.
I tried this recipe after seeing it on the label of a bunch of asparagus. Very tasty and very simple. I used the lesser amount of lemon in mine and also decreased the amount of salt by about half.
