      I didnt put the carrot in and used kidney beans instead of black beans. It came out delicious and less calories than the recipe =)

      Simple mixture of sweetness with plenty of spice! I added 2 red peppers instead of one, & made an entire stock pot full for this week's lunch. One of the best chili's I've tasted.. love the kick of spice.

      This was fantastic! Just the right amount of seasoning. I'll make a double batch next time (there were no leftovers!) VERY simple to make. Thanks!

      Love this chili! It was perfect--tasty & low-fat! I typically prefer spicy, too, but this recipe is flexible enough that one can have it mild while another can make it spicy after it's made.

      I recently had bypass surgery and just discovered this website.This lowfat chili recipe was really easy to make and was really delicious. I did however had to add ground turkey to my families portion but they still enjoyed it.
