This is so simple and quick to whip up, get the kids in to help, they will love it
- 175 g chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 (47 g) chocolate, angel delight
- 450 ml milk
- mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.
- press into a 18cm spring-release cake tin.
- whisk angel delight with milk.
- pour into tin and chill.
- sprinkle with chocolate chips and grated white chocolate.
