Got this recipe from a co-worker. Supposedly a Weight Watchers recipe.
- 1 -2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1⁄2 can mild rotel
- 1 can kidney bean
- 22 ounces V8 vegetable juice or 22 ounces vegetable juice
- 1 can minestrone soup
- 1⁄2 bag uncooked pasta
- Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook for 30 minutes.
