A hearty side dish that brings real barbecue flavor to the table any time of year. This came from Taste Of Home Simple & Delicious. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the beans, barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until slightly thickened.
