Sangria goes to Italy

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (750 ml) bottleitalian red wine
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 12 cup orange Curacao
  • 14 cup simple syrup (made with 1 part water, 1 part sugar)
  • 2 blood oranges, cut into wedges
  • 1 white peach, cut into wedges
  • 1 lime, cut into half-wheels
  • prosecco, as needed

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients, except Prosecco, in a large ceramic or glass container; stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (best if overnight).
  3. Serve over ice in wine glasses; garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
  4. Top with a splash of Prosecco and stir.
