Easy, tasty chops

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 -6 lean pork chops, butterflied
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 egg, briskly beaten
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Oil bottom of baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add juice of lemons to melted butter.
  4. Dip pork chops in beaten eggs and then into seasoned bread crumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Lay them in the dish. Bake for 30 minutes and baste occasionally with melted butter and lemon juice mixture .
  6. Turn pork chops and continue basting for 30 more minutes.
  7. Serve with Italian bread and salad.
