Delicious! This soup has become a staple, I make it every two weeks and eat it all week. Tastes too good to be this healthy!

This is really good. I used homemade chicken stock, red lentils, tomato paste to be quicker (I didn't have regular fresh tomatoes). I used a bit extra garlic, & sea salt to taste. I may make this again.
This is a GREAT soup...I was licking the pot. Honestly I am very surprised with HOW much I liked it. It could be eaten over rice, too. I only blended 1/2 of the soup so there was more texture for my personal taste.=) I agree w/ the previous reviewer, it is a keeper!

Wonderful tasting soup. I didn't add the sauted onions or the butter in an attempt to cut some fat. I also added lemon thyme. I'm adding this to my comfort food list for cold winter days. Very yummy and easy to make!
