I created this recipe with some leftover ingredients. I am not a huge meat eater, but my husband is, and this creation had us both licking the plate.
- 1 kg fresh mushrooms
- 250 g ground pork
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 egg white
- 6 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 scallions
- 1 -2 minced garlic clove
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- Mince mushrooms and scallions. Sauté mushrooms in pan until they are cooked and the juice has run out of them.
- Combine drained mushrooms with all other ingredients, mix well, and add bread crumbs until you reach desired "meatballing" consistancy.
- Fry meatballs on nonstick pan until golden brown. Serve any way you like.
