I doubled the sauce, added 1 tsp minced garlic and 2 drops stevia (for sweetness). It was delicious! It doesn't hurt that I picked the snap peas out of my garden only minutes before cooking them :)

This was very good. I had to improvise a bit, but it still worked out fine. Next time I too will double the sauce, and maybe add a splash of lemon juice (like my favorite take out). Thanks!

added a clove of mashed and minced garlic and it was the first thing to disappear. AWESOME

Wow this sounds good!! ((but I will definitely add garlic)) I have the same prob. Soggy snow peas haha... I will cook this in a few days and write a review soon ^_^

Very easy! I did add 1 clove of garlic (minced) and 1 tsp of sugar (taken from a chinese cookbook i own). My hubss and I really enjoyed this recipe; great change of pace. Thanx for sharing ChrisMc!

This was great. You're right, ChrisMe, it is just like carry-out only better because the peas are bright green and crunchy. I think I'll double the delicious sauce next time.
