Shishkabobs made the best way ever!!
- 2 lbs large shrimp, deshelled and tails pulled off
- 10 skewers
- 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, cut into chunks
- 1 eggplant, cut into chunks
- Arrange all chunked fruits and veggies and the shrimp on skewers.
- Cook on grill (foreman grill or barbie will do)until browned and shrimp is cooked.
