Nice accompaniment for a cozy dinner.
- 1⁄2 lb shrimp, peeled & deviened
- 1 green bell pepper, seedes and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1⁄4 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
- Skewer the shrimp, pepper squares and pineapple cubes on (water soaked) wooden skewers.
- Brush teriyaki sauce on shrimp-k-bobs several times (you can marinate them in the sauce if you like).
- Grill 3 minutes per side brushing often with marinade.
