  1. Cut celery ribs into 2 inch pieces.
  2. Finely chop one piece and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients and reserved chopped celery.
  5. Stuff into celery ribs.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.

VERY GOOD!!! I didn't use the can shrimp, just cut up some small shrimp I had in the freezer, and also made some with imitation crab meat(boyfriend preferred that way) Used as a dip for celery and ritz crackers...

Great appetizer. Made this to use some of the celery I got from Bountiful Baskets. This was so good and also great on buttery crackers.
