This was a very simple recipe to prepare, plus the number ingredients was few, so it was easy to throw together on a busy night. I felt it lacked something, maybe it needed more garlic or a simple spice. What all and all a good recipe.

  1. Cook rice in a separate pan.
  2. Saute green onion and celery.
  3. Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
  4. Place over rice.
