CRUST
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

FILLING
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup onion
- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 lbs cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups gouda cheese (grated)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- CRUST: Mix the Bread Crumbs, Parmesian Cheese Butter and cajun seasoning press into 10 inch spring form pan.
- FILLING: Fry off Sausage.
- Saute Onion, Red& Green Bell, Garlic and Cajun seasoning.
- Add Sausage& Shrimp mix well.
- Mix Cream Cheese, Eggs, Cream,Gouda Cheese, and salt Mix Well.
- Add Sausage and Shrimp mixture Combine well, pour into pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour in regular oven or 290 degrees for 40 minutes in convection oven.
