  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add shrimp to butter. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
  3. Saute over medium high. Add lemon juice.
  4. Cook three minutes more with lid on.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve over angel hair pasta.
