Very tasty low carbohydrate meal. Vegetables compliment the Shrimp perfectly. I added a few dashes of hot sauce.

I made this reeipe a couple of days ago. I followed instructions, but substituted a yellow onion. ( too lazy to run to the market). It was great. It made the top 15 in our house.
Thank you Derf!! I must admit that I did this recipe on the fly and did not have time to shop so we used brocoli instead of peppers and my family loved it!!!! I am so glad I made extra sauce. My DS who has been really hard to feed as of the last 5 months said for the 1st time in forever "Mom this is great!!! Can I have it in my lunch tomorrow?" Can we have it next week?" I about fell over. Needless to say it is on my menu for this week. Thanks again.
