This is a great recipe I just tried from Everyday Food. It was easy, quick, and a hit with everyone at lunch!

  1. Combine shrimp, mayonaise, and tarragon in a bowl.
  2. Mix in lemon juice, salt, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Line each roll with a lettuce leaf, and fill with half the shrimp mixture.
