An easy, tasty way to make a gourmet-tasting pizza.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough
  • 12 ounces cooked shrimp, medium size
  • 14 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 cup pre-made refrigerated pesto sauce
  • 2 ounces garlic and herb goat cheese, crumbled
  • 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  1. Cook pizza dough according to directions.
  2. Toss shrimp with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. When the pizza crust directions call for it, spread the pesto onto the crust.
  4. Top with crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Top with shrimp.
  6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  7. Cook for 10-12 more minutes.

Thjis was one awesome pizza!! I love Pesto and the combination with the shrimp and goat cheese was just great. I used a pre-baked pizza shell and had to leave off the red pepper flakes, as I didn't have any. My husband said it didn't need any. :)
