- 236.59 ml uncooked brown rice
- 4.92 ml olive oil
- 453.59 g shrimp
- 5 garlic cloves
- 354.88 ml frozen peas
- 118.29 ml water
- 22.18 ml white wine vinegar
- 2.46 ml turmeric
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml ground red chili pepper
- 14.79 ml fresh parsley
directions
- 1. Cook rice according to package.
- 2. Heat oil in skillet. Add prawns and garlic, saute for 3 minutes or until shrimp are nearly cooked. Remove from pan.
- 3. Simmer water, add peas, and heat until peas are warmed.
- 4. Return shrimp to pan. Add turmeric, vinegar, salt, and chili. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir through parsley and serve.
