A recipe from Ricardo but it comes from a pupular singer in Quebec : Laurence Jalbert
- 1 lb nordic shrimp
- 1⁄3 cup homemade mayonnaise or 1⁄3 cup storebough mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt (the recipe asks for 1/4 teaspoon of garlic flowers (fleur d'ail in French) or 1⁄4 teaspoon use garlic salt
- fresh parsley, to taste
- salt and pepper
- In a food processor, mix all ingredients until desired texture. Add salt and pepper.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Simple delicious. I loved the simple, less complex, flavor that showcased the shrimp and the very mild touch of garlic. What a great summer dish. I'd recommend making it up early in the day and chilling it until lunch or whenever you want to use it. It was perfect on a seed covered cracker. Made for Photo Tag.
