Simple delicious. I loved the simple, less complex, flavor that showcased the shrimp and the very mild touch of garlic. What a great summer dish. I'd recommend making it up early in the day and chilling it until lunch or whenever you want to use it. It was perfect on a seed covered cracker. Made for Photo Tag.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb nordic shrimp
  • 13 cup homemade mayonnaise or 13 cup storebough mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt (the recipe asks for 1/4 teaspoon of garlic flowers (fleur d'ail in French) or 14 teaspoon use garlic salt
  • fresh parsley, to taste
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a food processor, mix all ingredients until desired texture. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with crackers or bread.
