      Instead of shrimp, I used small langostinos. Red bell pepper instead of green. Green olives stuffed with jalapenos. It was really tasty. Thaks, Tish.

      This is a great recipe! At first I thought that the ingredients were a little funny altoghther but wanted to try it since it was different and that I like all of the ingredients in this and let me tell you, my boyfriend couldnt get enough of this. I made it lastnight and doubled the recipe and the bowl is almost all gone. I like the many different flavors that this recipe has. Thank you for posting it.

      This was pretty good. Had a nice "zip" to it. I skipped the cauliflower, since not everyone likes it, and added frozen peas. I also used a red pepper instead of a green.
