I clipped this one out of a magazine, thought it sounded interesting.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped capers
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- Mix mayonnaise, parsley, capers and oregano in a medium bowl.
- Add shrimp to bowl and stir to cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
