    Very easy shrimp and sauce. Serve this over your favorite pasta. Or just put it over grilled french bread.

      In 12in skillet, melt butter.

      Add all other ingredients except shrimp.
    3. 3
      Stir until boiling.

      Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes on med heat.

      Mix well.

      Fantastic. Only thing I did differently was to add a splash of cooking sherry and some crushed red pepper flakes. Served this over spaghetti with a side of veggies.

      This was a good recipe, however it came out a bit watery. i think 1/2 a cup of butter was a little bit too much. I didn't put it on top of pasta however, so in the dish it just liked like shrimp in a bowl of butter, and i didnt think the shrimp had enough flavour because the sauce just dripped right off of it. Im sure it would be great with pasta underneath to help soak up all the flavour, but on its own the cream should be left out. Next time ill use it over spaghetti, thanks for this!
