  1. Remove heads of shrimp.
  2. Wash thoroughly, then boil about 10 minutes.
  3. Chip okra fine.
  4. Mince onion.
  5. Fry okra, onion, and pepper slightly.
  6. Add chopped up tomatoes.
  7. Fry a few minutes and add 2 quarts of boiling water in which shrimp have been cooked.
  8. Peel shrimp and add to mixture.
  9. Boil about 2 hours on slow fire.
  10. Serve with steamed rice.
