This is my Mom's famous dip - always a big hit at parties!
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (8 ounce) can medium shrimp, drained
- 1 tablespoon yellow onion, grated
- Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until blended. Refrigerate for about one hour before serving. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
