Great dish! I made two changes. Subbed white wine for the chicken broth, and used Panko for the bread crumbs. Very easy to put together. Served with lemon-garlic pasta and fresh asparagus for a very nice summer supper. I think scallops subbed for the shrimp (or a combo of both) would also be quite good.

A wonderful shrimp dish DerekAmerican. So quick and easy to make with spectacular results. This was so tasty, we loved it. The seasonings were just perfect. I will be making this treat over and over again. What a great dish for using up the tarragon in my garden. Thank you so much for sharing. :)
