  1. In medium bowl combine shrimp, crab, corn, salsa, sour cream and peppers.
  2. Combine cheeses together.
  3. Top 4 tortillas with 3/4 cups of cheese.
  4. Top cheese with mixture.
  5. Top with remaining 4 tortillas.
  6. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place a quesadilla in skillet and cook until browned, 3 - 4 minutes.
  8. Flip and cook 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into 6 wedges.
