Shrimp Ceviche

"This is a wonderfully refreshing salsa like dish. Once you start eating it, you can't stop! You can make it as hot or mild as you like to suit all tastes. This makes a lot but don't worry, it just gets better with time and is good for several days after. Perfect for entertaining!"

When I'm not outdoors playing softball, golfing, hunting, biking, etc., you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes! I love to cook! However, baking is not my forte ): I also love spending time with my daughter Lacey (17 months), husband Frank and "the Lou dog"! We're crazy about hanging outdoors so we head to the cottage or camp almost every weekend.

It gets pretty cold in northern Michigan so I especially like cooking soups, roasts and anything with venison! I'll try any recipe once - sometimes it's a hit and sometimes a disaster. That is what I love about Recipe Zaar, rated recipes and tons of ideas!
