Made for Spring PAC 2014 and this was really a tasty dish. I made as written and served before our dinner. Thank you for posting.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Wash & soak your large shrimp for about 5 minutes in cold water.
  2. Dice your tomatoes, cucumbers into bite size pieces add to bowl.
  3. Dice your green onion into small pieces, you will want to use the hole onion except for the stem.
  4. Dice & devain you jalapeno, & bell pepper you don't want the seeds.
  5. Rough chop your cilantro.
  6. Add all ingredients together including spices, hot sauce, & your lime juiced.
  7. Let chill for at least 1 hour before eating serve with crackers & or chips.
