      Very good and easy! Skipped the carrots but otherwise made as directed served over whole wheat spaghetti. Thanks for sharing!

      Made this for a family dinner and we loved it. It was something unique and quite tasty. I sub'd 3 cloves fresh minced garlic for the garlic powder. Sauteeing the vegetables in the bacon drippings made the flavor incredible. Will definitely make this again and would be good to serve to dinner guests.

      We had this for dinner last night. What a lovely meal. Great seasonings and the bacon gives it that yummy something extra. My family thought it was the best. Thanks Nurse Di.

      Made this for dinner Friday night and it was delicious! Both hubby and I loved it. I used a bag of thawed, peeled and deveined shrimp, tail removed and cooked and then added the shrimp only about 5 mins before serving. It was great and another wonderful recipe for my collection from NurseDi. Thanks!!
