      This is my first time making risotto and it was easier than I thought. The ingredients seemed like a lot at first, but it all came together in a great way. I loved the kick of the red pepper. Without that I think the sun-dried tomatoes would have been too dominant.

      We enjoyed this. It was creamy and had nice flavor. We like red pepper flakes, but DH actually thought they detracted from the dish. This was not too difficult to make. Thanks!
