I just peeled this off a can of Carnation evaporated milk. This is the safest place where I know I won't lose it! :) Enjoy!

  1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add remaining water, corn, milk, and bouillon.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently for 15 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Stir in shrimp; cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with basil.

very good & EZ! After step #2, I put everything in a crockpot on LOW for 3 hours. I also fried up some bacon and crumbled it on top before serving.
