THis is absolutely wonderful!!!! I used linguine instead of fetticine as that is what I had on hand. I will make this again :-)

This recipe was fabulous, my whole family loved it! I didn't change a thing nor would I advise anyone else to change it. This is one recipe that I will continue to use over and over again!

Absolutely declicous! Wonderful! 2 thumbs up from every member of my household (Total of 10)! Very simple to make, yet memorable! We did use spaghetti instead of fettucini, because that's what we had on-hand, but the flavor is very fresh, very rich, and a definite keeper! I added a light sprinkling of nutmeg on top too. No leftovers!!! :)

Admittedly I made a few changes. I couldn't find a shallot so I used regular onion, skipped the egg yolks and added 1/4 cup more cheese then added 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken. It was absolutely delicious!! Thanks for sharing your great recipe.

BIG HIT!! Hubby has a favorite commercial brand, but I feel it has too salty of a flavor and expensive. All he could say was, "I love it, don't forget how you made it." We prefer angel hair pasta and I browned bulk italian sausage as I didn't make a special trip to the store for the shrimp. Next time I'll have to double the recipe because hubby was searching for left overs the next day. Thanks for sharing!!

Everyone LOVED this!! I made it exactly as the recipe said and it was delicious - we don't get huge great shrimp readily here, so I used smaller ones, but the creamy sauce along with the shrimp and pasta was just delicious.

Alfredo soup. After 4 mins. went by and sauce was still not thickening, I started to get concerned. But it soon started to curdle and all was lost. I hate bad instructions. Ruined my meal. This recipe is not worth it.

We loved this recipe! Not too overpowering on the Alfredo Sauce and it was so easy to make. I used fresh pasta from the refrigerator section of the grocery store. I removed the tails from the shrimp to make it easier to eat.

I love shrimp and this really won my heart and went into my favorites! I loved it's quickness to the table and it's great to have anytime, including when your having company over! For a little variation try squeezing some lemon in with the sauce when your making it. Yummy!
