outstanding!!! The only thing i did differently is remove the shrimp once i put the wine in so they would not overcook as it reduce. The sauce was fabulous with fresh crusty bread

Wow! This is a good one! I reduced the olive oil to 3 oz. and next time I'll use 1 1/2 to 2 oz. When making this next time, I'll be sure to serve it with plenty of bread to soak up the delicious sauce. Made for ZWT 4 by a Jefe de la Cocina!
